Snow Fit Retreat is a fully loaded week for snow lovers, whether you ski or snowboard or even just want to get away from things. The week is specially designed to allow you to have the most incredible week skiing/snowboarding but also help you improve your technique and fitness through various Strength and conditioning, yoga, and video analyses. We are basing ourselves from this luxury Villa in Granda, Spain which is just 40 mins drive away from the Sierra Nevada ski resort and is perfectly designed for fitness and relaxation. The perfect mix between the sun and snow.
What We Cover
This week is designed to improve your skiing/snowboarding as well as your strength and fitness to help you get the most out of your sport. Even if you don't like to ski and snowboard, this is a unique way of training in the most beautiful location with plenty of other activities to take part in
Snow Fit Strength and Conditioning
Fitness training designed to not only build your overall fitness but to help improve your skiing/snowboarding so you can get the most out of your day. We will guide you through exercises you can do at home and at the gym so that you can take these away with you to progress even further.
Who We Are
This course has been specially designed by Britain's Fastest Snowboarder and ex GB snowboarder Jamie Barrow. From the years of training on the British team as well as training to break world records he has learned how to prepare for the challenges which snowsports present. Jamie has teamed up with FLY Fitness to develop a great training program combing traditional training methods with sports specific training to both build your overall fitness while targeting the important areas to benefit you within skiing and snowboarding

Britain's Fastest Snowboarder
Jamie is a professional snowboarder with years of experience training with the British snowboard team and to break Guinness World Records. After a serious accident during his boardercross career left him with a permanent back injury he has also learned how to be able to train around injuries and help prevent further injury.
